Most of our chocolates do NOT contain gluten but most chocolate makers nowadays no longer use the phrase "gluten free" on their packaging. This is because of a change to eu legislation regarding the listing of gluten as an allergen. Also, some manufacturers, for example Hadji Bey, do use gluten in some of their confectionery, though not all products.
