Valrhona French Chocolate was the very first bean-to-bar chocolate we stocked when we opened our shop in 2000 - a true trailblazer in the world of fine chocolate. Their legendary 70% GUANAJA bar, first launched in 1985, is still one of our bestsellers, almost three decades later, loved for its consistently deep, balanced flavour. Thanks to Valrhona's brilliant marketing and long-standing commitment to quality, they've become one of the most recognised names in fine chocolate, helping to raise global appreciation for flavour in chocolate. We had the pleasure of visiting their facility in Tain L'Hermitage back in 2005 when we had a behind the scenes tour of what they do and how they do it, not to mention, genuine gourmet hospitality. We're also proud to offer a selection of their exquisite bonbons in our loose chocolate cabinet - sweet morsels from a brand that's influenced modern chocolate culture.
