One with a rare cacao variety from Guatemala with a high Criollo ratio, one with cacao from the legendary Sambirano valley in Madagascar. Both first rate, but with very different flavours, each individual and absolutely unique.

Guatemala: notes of lye roll, spices, berries, stone fruit
Madagascar: berry aroma with notes of caramel, caramelised citrus
