A 100g bar of 70% dark chocolate with dried Soy (hailing from Yuasa in Japan) from Friis Holm.

As with the majority of Friis Holm chocolate, the cocoa beans come from Nicaragua - this bar uses the unusual Medagla/Medaglia beans, a small, rare yellow cocoa bean shaped like a medal, hence the name (meaning medallion).
