Nestled in a lush forest, bisected by a crystal-clear spring, Hacienda Comalapa produces exceptional cacao using agroforestry techniques and without any pesticides. This demanding work is carried out with passion by owner Luis and his team. Thanks to sourcing partner Belco, which leads sustainable coffee and cacao projects in El Salvador, the first bags of this rare cacao arrived in Le Havre in 2022.

This chocolate will surprise you with its gentle bitterness, its fresh and tangy citrus notes, balanced by a lingering caramelised finish.
