"Cacao of Kings": this is how this cacao from the Soconusco region, in the far southwest of Mexico, is presented. Initially reserved for Aztec emperors, it was later the only cacao consumed at the Spanish court for a long time. Today, this exceptional organic cacao is harvested by producers from the CASFA association.

The 70% chocolate made with this cacao is beautifully intense, slightly tangy, with notes of strawberry jam and coffee.
