NearyNógs' ode to sunny beach days! You know the kind, where you stay the day and everything at the end looks shiny and golden (hence gold dust on the bar). Long after you go, you can taste the salt on your skin (a toss of sea salt on the 60% Ecuador). Last but not least, you find the lingering sand, so we threw on a handful of ground Ecuador cacao nibs for crunchy bits. This bar is like the perfect day, sweet and salty complimenting each other, like Salt Water days in Ireland.
