NearyNógs Lúnasa Lavender 58%, 60g

A 60g bar of 58% dark chocolate infused with Irish grown lavender. Bean origin: Togo, West Africa.

The lavender is planted alongside the NearyNógs factory in the spring and harvested in the summer. After harvesting the lavender is allowed to rest in Venezuelan cocoa butter for a week. The lavender infused cocoa butter is then mixed with gentle Togo chocolate and cane sugar to create the final bar.
