Krak Tanzania Kokoa Kamili 70% Dark Chocolate, 80g

An 80g bar of 70% dark chocolate from Krak Chocolade. The beans are sourced from Kokoa Kamili, a cocoa collective in Tanzania which offers local farmers competitive prices for their beans and provides a centralised facility for consistent fermentation and quality control. Kokoa Kamili beans are well regarded in the cacao sphere for their quality, and the collective earned Cocoa of Excellence accreditation in 2017.

This bar is vegan friendly and is free from Nuts, Soy, Dairy and Gluten.

Notes of red fruits with a hint of woodiness.
