This 72% dark chocolate highlights notes of tropical fruits & red berries, which are complemented by organic cane sugar sourced from Brazil. Dick Taylor honor this incredible cacao by pairing it with rich, sweet California Black Mission Figs that have been generously sprinkled on the back of each bar, adding a chewy texture and a nice contrast to the deep, bold flavor of the cacao.
