Pralus Le Chocolate is made using nothing but Criollo beans from Madagascar and a lot of cocoa butter. Tasting Notes: Fresh nose, slightly minty & fruity with lots of bright acidity - the taste and flavour pleasantly surprises everyone which is probably why it’s one of our best-sellers! Pralus use only organic cocoa butter and organic sugar in this bar, though since 2017 not all beans used are organic.
