This chocolate bar is made entirely with cacao from Alfonso "Don Alfonso" Tapia's beautiful plantation, in El Castillo in southern Nicaragua. A place of tranquillity as well as old cacao trees from before the world lost its collective spirit. A creamy extremely balanced bar with a mild acidity underscoring its cacao notes.
